1. Attendees must register via website and pay their registration upon checkout to secure their slot.

3. Participants are restricted from changing their seminar schedule at any time frame once payment has been confirmed.

4. Substitution of participant is allowed with notice of at least 2 days in advance to the organizers.

5. Tickets of no show participants is non-refundable.
